Refund policy
Our refund policy is one that is only utilized under extreme circumstances. If a product has been lost or damaged in anyway before we ship the product off we will notify you, the customer, of what has transpired and we will send you a refund if we are unable to replace or fix the product. After a product is shipped at that point the product is no longer our responsibility. All issues at that point with the delivery service must be taken up with usps or ups.
